Questions about multi-property access
Can authorised NivaasCloud users work across multiple hotel properties?
Yes. Authorised users can select properties within their organisation and work with records permitted by their access. Verify the active property before changing rooms, bookings or accounts, especially when locations share room numbers. Property scope should follow the person’s responsibilities and be reviewed when roles change. Access to one location should not be assumed to grant access to every hotel.
