Installation instructions
Update over your existing installation.
- 1Download the latest installer
- 2Close NivaasCloud if it is open (also from the system tray)
- 3Run the installer — if Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info → Run anyway
- 4Install over the existing version
- 5Open NivaasCloud, sign in and print one test bill
Do not uninstall the existing app before updating — this PC's printer settings are kept on the device. Your hotel data is safe on the server either way.
System requirements
Make sure the reception PC is ready before installing.
- Windows 10 or later
- 64-bit system
- Internet connection (NivaasCloud works online)
- Optional: USB, LAN, Bluetooth or Windows printer for bills
